You can order your custom glass over the phone, via email, through our website, or walk in.
An associate will gather all the necessary details regarding your project and specific glass requirements.
Based on the information provided, the associate will email you an estimate and the ETA.
Once you agree with the pricing, the associate will contact you to arrange a deposit of 50% or more of the total project cost.
After receiving the deposit, the associate will email you CAD drawings that include all details of the custom glass, such as holes and cutouts.
You’ll review the drawings and confirm them via email. Once confirmed, the glass cutting process will begin.
An associate will notify you when the glass is ready for pick-up or delivery.
When you arrive for pick-up, first come to the front office to pay the remaining balance and obtain a picking slip.
